WHO WE ARE

VOCAL GIRLS is a music content platform celebrating the most exciting new music, artists, gigs and organisations across the world. Here you’ll find written news, reviews and interviews, four podcast series, a monthly radio show and exclusive events for our community.

Led by a team of women and non-binary folk, VOCAL GIRLS champions emerging talented musicians everywhere – with a focus on marginalised genders. We’re trying to create positive change in the industry and believe everyone should have the opportunity to be heard!Since launching in 2020, we’ve made a lot happen!

From hosting a stage at the iconic Great Escape festival, to creating original editorial content and photographs, to winning an AIM Local Hero award, we’ve come a long way - and so has the industry. But there’s still a lot of work to do - and that’s where you come in! If you like what we’re up to then please show your support by giving us a follow, buying some merch or getting in touch. We’re inclusive, not exclusive so everyone is welcome in our community. We hope to meet you at one of our events soon!
